    Description

    Copper and Brass 10" Round Bottom Whipping & Mixing Bowl French Country style. Used for whipping meringues or custards or for melting and making chocolates. The brass ring allows it to be hung on the wall or in the pantry. Use as decor for a french farmhouse look, or use it as it was intended and turn out some fabulous desserts. The bowl measures 10" diameter and 5-1/2" tall. It's made of heavy gauge copper with a rolled lip. The brass handle is held in place with a copper plate riveted to the bowl. There are no maker's marks on the bowl. This is a polished bowl that retains some of the patina that comes with age and use.
