    CREATURE FEATURES, your one-stop shop for out-of-this-world movie & TV memorabilia, celebrates Fritz Lang's 1927 masterpiece "METROPOLIS" with this
    ultra-rare superdeformed garage kit of "Maria," the film's iconic robot.
    This exquisitely detailed miniature resin kit was sculpted and manufactured in the late 1980s by Eichi Mogi, owner of the renowned Japanese garage kit company Monster Shop.  Mogi's superdeformed kits were produced in very small production runs and sold for one day only exclusively at Wonderfest, the yearly hobby convention held in Tokyo.
    This intricate three-piece kit measures approximately two and a half inches tall and comes meticulously assembled and hand-painted by professional kitbuilder Jim Bertges.
    Condition is MINT and is guaranteed to be an original casting, NOT a recast.
